We strive to attain the quickest and most accurate diagnostic testing results to better the lives of our patients. We are focused on providing quality laboratory services at affordable costs to benefit our patients and the community.
At Madison Core Laboratories, we understand that the cost of medical care can be a concern. Our Financial Assistance Program is designed to help eligible, uninsured patients access medically necessary laboratory services when financial hardship is a barrier to care. Eligibility for assistance is based on the Income Eligibility Guidelines used by the Alabama Department of Public Health.
Applying for financial assistance will not affect the quality of your care, the services provided, or the results of your laboratory testing.
Financial assistance is offered in accordance with Madison Core Laboratories’ Financial Assistance Policy and is subject to eligibility requirements, documentation review, and program limitations. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, and assistance is determined based on the information provided.

The patient must not have private insurance or insurance that is government funded.
